The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") on October 24, 2007 informed the public of an opportunity to view a live closed-circuit television broadcast of the public session of the first and second substantive meetings of the Panel in the World Trade Organization ("WTO") dispute United States - Continued Existence and Application of Zeroing Methodology (WT/DS350). Due to the resignation of a panelist, the Panel has suspended the timetable of the proceeding and postponed the first substantive meeting originally scheduled for November 27-28, 2007 in Geneva, Switzerland. Further updates, including the revised
dates for the substantive meetings and any procedures for public viewing, will
be posted on this website as soon as they become available.
