This review is conducted pursuant to Sections 2(c) and 3(c) of the Presidential Memorandum "America First Trade Policy" signed on January 20, 2025.

WASHINGTON – The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has appointed four individuals to serve as Indigenous Peoples’ representatives on the Observer delegation from the United States to the Partnership Council of the Indigenous Peoples Economic and Trade Cooperation Arrangement (IPETCA).
On March 26, 2024, China requested consultations with the United States with respect to certain subsidies that the United States allegedly provides under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) that are contingent upon the use of domestic over imported goods or that otherwise discriminate against goods of Chinese origin.
