Uruguay Trade Summary
U.S. goods exports to Uruguay in 2022 were $2.9 billion, up 61.9 percent ($1.1 billion) from 2021 and up 115 percent from 2012. U.S. goods imports from Uruguay totaled $905 million in 2022, up 42.8 percent ($272 million) from 2021, and up 153 percent from 2012. The U.S. goods trade surplus with Uruguay was $2.0 billion in 2022, a 72.3 percent increase ($846 million) over 2021.
