WASHINGTON – On Sunday, May 22, Ambassador Katherine Tai will travel to Tokyo, Japan. She will join President Biden and members of the Biden-Harris Administration to launch the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework as they continue to strengthen and deepen the United States’ trade relationship with the region.
Additional details on Ambassador Tai’s meetings will come at a later date. Ambassador Tai will return to Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, May 24.
